Upcoming Information:
Youth is every Sunday at 11:00 am and every other Friday at 6:30 pm-8:30 pm!
Tomorrow (12/19) is our Youth after-party all-nighter! The youth are encouraged to come to the church Christmas party at 6:00 pm, and bring a white elephant gift! Around 9:00 pm, the youth will transition over to the youth house for a snowball fight, gingerbread house-making competition, worship, and the Word! After our movie that night, the girls and gal leaders will be spending the night in the church, while the youth guys and guy leaders will spend the night in the youth house. For that night, the youth will need appropriate pajamas, clothes for the next day, a sleeping bag, a sleeping mat or blow-up mattress (optional), a toothbrush, deodorant, toothpaste, a Bible, and a notebook. I have had multiple people ask me if we need anything for that night. It would be a huge blessing if you could bring your favorite holiday snack or drink! We could use hot chocolate, chips, cookies, veggie platters, fruit, or anything else you might like. Youth will be served breakfast on Saturday morning, and pickup will be at 9:00 am.
The CCB Youth High Schoolers will be having their annual winter retreat on February 6th-8th, from Friday to Sunday. This is always a blessed time for our high schoolers, so I highly encourage them to come if they can. It is an amazing time for the youth to grow in their fellowship with other believers, have some fun, and also simply spend some time focusing on the Lord. The cost this year is $199; however, we will be doing bake sales on Sundays to help lower the cost for students individually, and more fundraising opportunities will be announced closer to the date for everyone.
