Behaving Wisely

1 Samuel 18:14
And David behaved wisely in all his ways, and the Lord was with him.

    It is pretty interesting to read throughout this chapter and find the phrase- "and David behaved wisely". In fact four times throughout the chapter we read "and David behaved wisely". In conjunction with what we read in today, David said in Psalm 18:1-  I will love You, O Lord, my strength. One aspect of Behaving Wisely is realizing that our strength comes from the Lord. It was the Apostle Paul who said, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Understanding that our strength comes from the Lord, acting in obedience and trusting in Christ to strengthen us in our time of need is in fact a important aspect of behaving wisely,
