The Greatness of God

Psalm 33:16-"No king is saved by the multitude of an army; A mighty man is not delivered by great strength."

Here David is basically saying that people are not great by their own strength, only by God's. He learned to depend on God's strength and not his own several times throughout his life. This is an important question for us today: Do we acknowledge that any greatness comes from God? This is often a difficult thing to do, but I have come to realize that it is so much better to depend on God's greatness and strength instead of my own limited strength and understanding!
